What DeployKit is
DeployKit is an independent, third-party client that connects to your own Vercel account using a personal access token you provide. DeployKit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vercel Inc."Vercel" and related marks belong to Vercel Inc.
Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for the Vercel access tokens you connect and any actions taken with them, including redeploys, cancellations, and production promotions triggered from this app.
- You must comply with Vercel's own Terms of Service when using their API through DeployKit.
- You won't use DeployKit to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to Vercel's services or any other user's account.
Destructive actions
Actions like cancel, redeploy, and promote-to-production are irreversible once submitted to Vercel. DeployKit asks for confirmation before these actions, but you are ultimately responsible for deployments made through your connected accounts.
Subscriptions
DeployKit Pro is an optional paid tier. Pricing, features, and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance through the platform you subscribed on.
No warranty
DeployKit is provided "as is." We aim for reliability but can't guarantee uninterrupted access, since we depend on Vercel's API, Supabase, and browser push infrastructure we don't control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeployKit and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including any deployment actions taken through it.
Termination
You can stop using DeployKit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for abuse or violation of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
