DeployKit ("we," "our") is an independent, third-party client for Vercel. This policy explains what data DeployKit collects, why, and how it's protected. DeployKit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vercel Inc.
What we collect
- Account info: the email address you sign up with, and an optional display name.
- Your Vercel access token(s): stored server-side, associated only with your account, and protected by row-level security so no other user or unauthenticated request can read it.
- Push notification subscription: if you enable failed-deploy alerts, your browser generates a push subscription (endpoint + encryption keys, no personal data) that we store to deliver notifications.
- Nothing else.We don't collect analytics, advertising identifiers, or usage tracking beyond what's described here.
What we don't do
- We never sell your data.
- We never share your Vercel token with any third party.
- We don't show ads.
Your Vercel data
DeployKit uses your Vercel access token to call Vercel's public REST API directly on your behalf — projects, deployments, logs, domains, and environment variables. That data is displayed to you and cached temporarily on your device for performance; it is not permanently stored on our servers beyond what's needed to relay push notifications.
Third-party services we use
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting for your account and connected tokens.
- Vercel — hosts this application, and its API is what DeployKit connects to on your behalf.
- Web Push (browser-native) — delivers notifications; no third-party analytics SDK is involved.
Your controls
- Disconnect any Vercel account at any time from Settings — its token is deleted immediately.
- Turn off notifications at any time.
- Delete your DeployKit account entirely by contacting support below; this removes your profile and all connected tokens.
Data retention
Your profile and connected Vercel accounts persist until you delete them. Push subscriptions are removed automatically if your browser reports them as no longer valid.
Children
DeployKit is a developer tool not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and, where required, notify you in-app.
